Vocab-u-draw activity: La familia y Portrait of María Teresa de Borbón por Francisco Goya Here is a vocab-u-draw activity that helps students practice vocabulary for a la familia unit. Students will match the Spanish vocabulary words like hermano or madre with their English equivalents in a grid. Once they've matched the words and written them lightly in pencil in the appropriate boxes in the grid, they will draw the lines that correspond to those words in order to draw a copy of the painting Portrait of María Teresa de Borbón by Goya. There is also an extra page for coloring, very similar to the vocab-u-draw page, where students match the Spanish family vocabulary with their English equivalents. then add the appropriate color (based on the Spanish vocabulary word).
